I wrote love songs and protest songs — (still love songs) about the subjects and interests that inspired and moved me. I was confident that what inspired me would resonate with an audience that had been led to believe that songs of that kind could only live in the past,” Lauryn Hill said while reflecting on the impact of her iconic album.

In honor of her landmark album, the singer, songwriter, rapper, and producer is bringing along some very special guests - the Fugees. Lauryn Hill was part of this Grammy-winning collective that seamlessly blended reggae, R&B, funk and hip hop. Hailing from South Orange, New Jersey, the group was formed in 1990 and consists of Wyclef Jean, Pras Michel, and Lauryn Hill.
