Wisin & Yandel is an award-winning duo that has sold over 15 million records throughout their careers. Wisin & Yandel first emerged into the music scene when they released their debut studio album, Los Reyes del Nuevo Milenio, in 2000. The album peaked at number 35 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart. It wasn’t until the duo released their fifth album that they made their first breakthrough. Pa'l Mundo was released in 2005, and the album peaked at number 5 on the Top Latin Albums and number 15 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The record sold over two million copies worldwide and almost 700,000 copies in the United States.

In 2007, Wisin & Yandel dropped their most successful album, Los Extraterrestres. The record peaked at number 1 on the Top Latin Albums chart and was eventually certified platinum in the United States, Colombia, and Venezuela and certified gold in Mexico. The reggaeton act also broke ground when Los Extraterrestres won Best Latin Urban Album at the 51st Annual Grammy Awards – they are the first and only reggaeton artists ever to win a Grammy. Another notable release is their sixth album, La Revolución. The record sold over three million copies worldwide and was certified platinum in Mexico and Colombia.

In 2022, Wisin & Yandel released their new single, “No Se Olvida,” from their upcoming album, La Ultima Mision. Fans are already waiting for the album’s official release date. However, it is anticipated to be released in 2022, the same year as their U.S. tour.
